Original concert poster for the GRATEFUL DEAD on their very short tour with the DOUG SAHM HORNS featuring Martin Fierro (January 18, 1942 – March 13, 2008) on tenor saxophone and Joe Ellis on trumpet.
After Ronald C. "Pigpen" McKernan (September 8, 1945 – March 8, 1973) died the band explored different ways to fill the void of his passing especially on the new WAKE OF THE FLOOD material).

The show was presented by Bill Graham.
