He's the perfect model of a one-hit-wonder. Troy Shondell (aka Gary Schelton) recorded "This Time" for Goldcrest Records and it turned into a bit of a local hit. Picked up by Liberty and shipped nationally, it was soon the #6 song in the nation, turning this 22 year-old in to the new 'teen' sensation.
