Tilghman Press of Oakland California made a limited number of these
posters for a show featuring Dave Burgess and The Champs that was held
on Tuesday, July 19th 1960 at The Golden Nugget. 14" x 22" Boxing Style
poster which was made to be hung on telephone poles and displayed in
local record store windows.
Most of these were destroyed shortly after the shows and are highly
collectible now. There are many reproductions of posters like this, but
this one is stone cold original and in very nice shape. There are some
tack holes as shown but the colors are vibrant and the poster was well
cared for.
